Naturally Occurring Retirement Community (NORC) is a unique program that addresses the community and participants’ needs where older residents reside and can access health and social services right in their own community development.
SHOPP’s NORC Program aims to maximize and support successful aging in place of older residents at Lafayette Estates housing development, a home to over 1,800 older adults in the Soundview area of the Bronx.
